- Sophia Lam Added December 03, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came to Viva Pharmacy to help my mum claim her RAT tests from Gov. but they claimed my dad's RAT tests as well without us knowing.They didn't know that my dad is already in a nursing home that was why I didn't help to claim dad's. They asked me a couple of times if I wanted to claim for my dad and I said no ,still they went ahead and did it behind our backs and pocketed my dad's claims.This is a typical breach. Although I did not have to pay for the tests, I still think this is so wrong what they do, imagine how many people they have done this to especially when their clientales are all senior non english speaking - who would knows!
- Angela H. Added November 26, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆the lady that wears the scarf and glasses, I'm not sure if she's the owner or not but she comes across very snobbish. Also the prices are expensive in comparison to chemist warehouse. I'd rather walk the distance to CW for the cheaper prices.

Ordered a prescribed topical cream, waited while other people arrived and asked for more items. Everyone got served first to find myself last on my own after a 15' wait. I was the only Caucasian there. Every other customer was of a certain race similar to the owners. My order was straight forward with no preparation involved. I finally got served without any apology for the wait. Really poor service. Take a wide berth.
