  AMERICAN NAILS now changed their name to "USA NAILS design and beauty,
  horrible customer service. I've been a customer for over 3 years because I work in the centre & It's convenient but my last visit was my LAST visit and I have found a great salon near BIG W in the same centre. I've had a few bad experiences but decided to keep giving the place a chance.
  
  these incidents are on different occasions;
  
  1.They are extremely rude and inconsistent with pricing, they roll their eyes when I ask "how long is the wait?" or "how long will you be" I get straight attitude.
  2. I asked if they can do "ombre French" nails , they said YES and then did not do ombre what so ever so I said "sorry this isn't ombre" the lady literally got up and walked off and left me there for about 25 minutes and another lady came back, I ended up getting regular colour.
  3. I asked for the glittery colour on 2 of the nails on each hand (I have done this in this salon 3-4 times AT LEAST, the lady said" $5 extra per hand" I said "but I always get this done you never charge me?" she said "only free the first time" I said "but I've done this many times before, I don't mind paying for anything but I'm confused as to why each time you never charged me for it?" she said "sorry you have to pay if you want it" NO explanation what so ever.
  
  just so rude and disgusting they DO not care what so ever about customers and I am FED UP with giving this place a million chances, done!!
