    The asian lady is very disrespectful and had no idea how to handle my situation properly, she was yelling at me for no reason. I went to a different post office and they helped me so easily and kindly.

    Please avoid this post office.
    I've never been treated so poorly as a client.
    The asian lady has no clue on customer service and is plain rude. Aus Post needs to reevaluate this branch.
