- Sarah Li Added January 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Are the other reviews a joke/paid for? I went here today and ordered two soy mochas with my father. He is a member of the Coffee Club and therefore from what I understand it is buy one coffee, get one free. The lady asked: "do you want it in a mug?" We answered yes, I mean, I wasn't really keen on drinking the coffee out of my hands, so a container would be good. We were charged $6.80 which was supposedly already 50% off? After sitting down we checked the menu and it turns out electing to have your drink served in a 'mug' costs an extra $1.10? What's the alternative? I can't believe that the lady didn't try and warn us that there would be such a surcharge. $5.70 for a coffee (yes, even with the soy+mocha addons) is already very steep, let alone this 'mug' surcharge. When we got the drinks I'm pretty sure they just served us two hot chocolates - if there was any coffee, it was undetectable. A lady at the table next to us also had a wrong order - she ordered a juice but obviously what she got was not what she ordered as I saw her searching through the menu to check her drink and then call up the wait staff to complain.
Not coming back for sure.
