  I ran into this cake shop a few years ago and it had apparently won some awards. Upon close inspection it was a reasonably decent venue, it had nice outdoor seating and plenty of sweet options to choose from. The cakes weren't always fresh, so the trick was to order them in advance and get a custom design. The business seemed versatile enough, anything you want they can more or less do.
  
  As far attitude and positive spirit, I didn't really feel it. The staff smiled but I felt like they didn't overly care about the orders being made. Often when it's crowded you can be drowned in the crowd if you don't speak up.
  
  On Easter they have some Easter breads on display, but they are never truly "fresh" or made on the day.
  
  Hot chocolate and coffee options were good, the prices were reasonable.
  
  I would frequent there again, providing I order a cake well in advance.

  Bad service :(
  I have ordered the birthday cake for my son 2 days in advance and paid in full over the phone, when I come to pickup it wasn't ready and I have been told they accidentally forgot about the cake. ???????????? so I had to wait extra 45 minutes to finish the cake. In addition, the finishing wasn't that good you can tell it's been done in rush.
  I don't know what happened but those people used to be good.
  Never again very disappointed!!!!
